Employee screening:
Your safety is of great importance to Bulwark Exterminating. All new hires go through a exhaustive criminal background check, driving record check, and complete drug test. In addition to those precautions, random drug tests are conducted on a continuous basis. All of these efforts are devised to give you the confidence and peace of mind you require to feel secure when we treat your house.

Employee compensation:
Bulwark Exterminating reinvests most of our revenues directly back into our people. We compensate our technicians through performance bonuses which insure excellent service. These bonuses account for much of their pay. Generally speaking, our technicians make 20% more than other technicians in the industry. We work hard and we play hard! Our people aren't just well paid; we award them time to enjoy their hard-earned wages. Our employees earn more days off than post office workers! For many Bulwark Exterminating employees, this flexibility is fundamental for achieving a great work/life balance.

Although many companies are considering cut backs on their contributions to employee healthcare plans, we cover almost all of their health insurance premium.
